Which carriers write the most affordable premiums for house hacking situations where the landlord lives in the home with other tenants?
In this case 5 rooms are rented out and owner lives in the house as well
I found a NATGEN policy that went from 4K to 7K by adding the endorsement for “families in home” but it maxes out at 4 families and that also is unreasonable to add 3K for roommates ??
