View all 3 replies Rob Levitt All-star contributor While Erie will write homes over 100 years, they don’t really want to write them. It will 100% be inspected by them and they will nit pick every little thing with the home. We typically avoid writing older homes with Erie unless it’s in perfect condition and we know there will not be any issues following inspection.
