This is a first for me -- client reached out and has a ranch style home. They live on the main floor of the home and the basement is an Airbnb, 4 beds, 2 baths, laundry, kitchen, etc., with a separate entrance. Who in OH would write this business?! I tried Openly as they said they would BUT the system wouldn't quote it...
