Yes. In NC if something has changed or dropped off the record you can call in and ask for the policy to be re rated.

It’s hard to recommend a sneaker to someone because everyone is so different. What I would do is go to a running store with a good return policy. A lot will allow you to return them within 30 days. A good running store will also have a machine to measure you feet and arches. Try on a few at the store, pick what feels best and try them out for a few days or weeks. If they aren’t working return them and get a different pair. Also consider adding an orthotic like Super Feet or Power Step. Running stores will have those for you to try too. For what it’s worth, I like Altra FWD Via.
