Quoted a commercial auto with Progressive. Didn’t close the sale. One month later my client gets a call from someone saying they are with a Progressive and tried to sell the quote. Client said he only wanted to deal with me and the sales person said they were with Progressive. Has this happened to anyone else? Or was it just another agency fishing for a quote?
