My secret weapon when on hold with a carrier- make a quick trip to the bathroom. They answer the second you sit down! Make sure your preferred lavatory makes that perfect empty echo sound when you speak.

Wyoming? College student, school is out of state. Flo is cancelling as vehicle is garaged out of state over 50% of the year. High risk customer. ( center car in 3car accident in beginning of May and comp claim last week) Is this normal with carriers now? They told her to change her license and register in the other state… this made my head spin. Who thinks they can help?
Comment Ken Westphal That is crap. Kids off at school remain part of the household in Wyoming for State Farm and I also believe for Farmers, Farm Bureau, and most other carriers I know of in the state.
