PA Agents: I have a prospect with no current coverage on their home. Roof is cedar shingle and original. As in 1935. He was sitting across from me yesterday and laughed when I asked him how old his roof was. He said original and I literally said, It can't be! But apparently it is and he had it re-stained five years ago. I'm curious if there is any standard carrier outside the ones I represent who would write this roof.
