Okay, what action do you as an agent take when your client receives a Letter of Representation from an attorney representing a person who was allegedly bit by your client's dog? Do you do anything at all or do you just allow the attorney's office to do the legwork to contact your insured or their insurance company directly? Do you advise your client anything at all?
