Do you do anything at all or do you just allow the attorney's office to do the legwork to contact your insured or their insurance company directly? Do you advise your client anything at all?

Notify Progressive, give them ( Progressive) the legal letter and back away and let the attorneys deal with it. Don't say or discuss anything that could make you liable or bring you into the court room.
