Client insures her rental property with me. Tenant had a kitchen fire. Client had 6 restoration companies call and even a public adjuster show up AT HER HOME before she filed the claim!! The public adjuster wouldn’t leave, and started questioning her neighbor when they came out to see what he was doing. She finally came out and told him to leave.
