I have a prospect with American Family that has a work van (husband owns a HVAC company) on their personal auto policy. Customer insists that agent told them it will be covered in a claim. I quoted a commercial auto for the work vehicle. Does AmFam not exclude work vehicles on personal auto? I’m in WI.
