Answer as Justin Steven Rhoades posted to Insurance Soup™ I am an agent at Farmers Insurance Group. For some reason state farm claims calls my office and emails me thinking I am part of the Farmers claims. I redirect them all the time. I have asked that my name and number be removed from their system but have had no luck so far. I am now getting clients of state farms and some attorney contacting me. This is getting old. Any suggestions as to where to go to get this to stop? Its a few emails a week and a call or 2 a day. All reactions:

Amanda Glaspie Rising contributor Our last seven digits of our 800 number is the same as the Canada revenue department, their number is 833, we get about 50 to 60 calls a month for them and half of them argue with us that we are the right number, another quarter only speak French. We've actually contemplated getting rid of our 800 number it's so bad.
