Castinetti your best bet is to find an IMO that fits what you’re looking for. Some are more geared towards advanced markets and fully UW products, some are more geared to basic products with simplified issue carriers. I’ve seen multiple different IMO’s in both realms
Hey Eric! So many options there. We use InstaBrain for the majority of our middle-market instant issue clients, and for final expense it’s such a wide range based on risk - from MoO to SBLI to AmAm. For full-par WL Foresters is such a great option for both f/u and simplified issue (only full-par SI WL on the market). So much of it is case-specific, it’s hard to give a one-size-fits-all answer!

For all the p&c agents in here, what are your top 3 tips for establishing and growing strong mutual business partnerships with loan officers and realtors? What do you feel you do to add value to those partnerships that keeps you as their go to insurance agent?
1. Don’t worry about realtors focus on lenders 2. You gotta get a list of who’s doing the most loans, focus on the top 10-20. 3. Don’t try to be “the guy” for them. Just try to get in the rotation. Win them over slowly.
Take and handle a problem. A client that’s a PITA or a flood policy that is being required last minute. People help people who help them.
