Shoutout to NetVendor for making my life impossible lately 6+ weeks trying to get a COI approved… emails go unanswered, calls go nowhere, and anything they don’t understand just gets rejected. Client has a $9M umbrella requirement… the main carrier only offers $5M, so we got an additional $4M to get them fully compliant. Pretty standard stuff. NetVendor keeps rejecting it. At one point they said, “you need to say the umbrellas are together”… yet they still won’t accept it. Not sure what else they want at this point Wild that a compliance company doesn’t understand basic coverage stacking but still gets to reject certificates all day. See less
Oudenaren I’ve literally typed in the description of operations box “$5M umbrella limit plus $4M excess limit = $9M required limit”
I'd like to add VendorShield to this list please and thanks. lol
We’ve been working with Builders Insurance (formerly BIIA) for about 8 years. Ever since they transitioned to their new system BOL 2.4, billing has been a mess. We have dozens of accounts on auto-pay that simply aren’t drafting, and we only find out when we get the cancellation notice. No warning, no explanation. Just cancellations. This has been going on for months and there still doesn’t seem to be a real solution or accountability. Meanwhile it’s consuming a ridiculous amount of my time because I’m having to micromanage accounts that are supposed to be on autopay. Even worse, I then have to call clients and explain that since nothing drafted for 4–5 months, they now suddenly owe $2,000–$3,000 to keep the policy active. That’s not a great conversation to have with a client when the issue isn’t on their end. Just curious — is anyone else dealing with this? If so, what are you doing about it, and has Builders done anything on their end to help or compensate for all the time agents are spending fixing these billing problems? See less
Quoting an airport Limo in VA. What kind of bleeping question is this Progressive: Does the customer only provide transportation to the Amish for their business and/or personal needs?
Amish transport companies exist since they do not drive themselves. It's a legitimate question.
chiming in here. Wildly common for them to have drivers. Side note, our area Costco has covered stables for their horses and buggies.

Also keep in mind that the deposit is not always their monthly payment. I quoted myself with Progressive direct and the monthly payment was totally different. They wanted $131 down and then 257 a month. This was after I ran my reports. I’ve seen a tren
