I have a prospect in Maryland who needs HO3. The home was built 8 years ago, modern construction. Her HO3 lapsed due to non payment in April (my client didn't realize it until this week). Also, she has a $0 claim with her prior carrier (the carrier denied a roof claim due to "material transfer", not quite sure what that means).
