I am drawing a blank..... I have a client requesting a new insurance policy for the home she currently resides in, she is doing an "owner carry" from the current owner but THAT person has an existing mortgage. Wouldn't that need to be a landlord policy in the current owner's name? MEDIA2.GIPHY.COM
