Have a HNW account in inland NC not coastal. 2016 build $3mil purchase and a wood shake roof. Chubb, Pure, AIG, Safeco, Travelera, Cincy, Heritage all declined. Have bids out with JJINS, Amwins, and Hanover. Is E&S really my only option. Vault has come back best so far with Amwins. Anyone had experience with claims/service with Vault?
