Hello! I have a VIP customer that has a high value property in Flordia, right on the coast. We are an independent office, and my agency’s standard markets won’t even let me get a submission in so I’ve turned to E&S markets. They are needing us to send over a replacement cost estimator to get submissions started, but I have no way of doing that on my side since I have no access to even begin a quote. Anyone have any ideas as to how I can obtain one?
