I have a large unique property management firm where owner is at least partial owner for 300+ rental dwellings with 1000-1200 rental units. Which carrier in IL is the best to place habitational with? BTW - new producer and first time producer, super thankful for all the info and insight on this page. Goldmine helping get my bearings straight.
