Guy calls me in April to tell me the insurance company is dragging their feet paying out a roof claim and he's trying to sell the house the following month. I immediately call the adjuster and manager and get after them to expedite it and they advised me he told them he's already sold the house in February. County records also reflects that it was sold to an LLC as well at that time. He started the claim in January and closed 2 weeks
