Client has purchased a building on the national historic registry in SC. 3 story, prior commercial usage, and turned it into a house. Beautiful 3 story brick building, roughly 19,000 sq ft. Built in ~1915. Brand new electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roof is TPO and less than 10 years old. No knob and tube wiring, cast iron pipes, etc. I'm thinking of just going to my E&S contacts, but didn't know if anyone knew of a carrier that would take this.
