Being a coastal NC agent, I often get calls from people ONLY looking for home insurance. I took the NCJUA-NCIUA flood CE class today and they hammerd home the need for a flood declination if I sell a home policy and don't sell flood insurance too. Here're my questions: Would you quote flood insurance with every home? How about auto with every home? What about umbrella and jewelry? Where would you draw the line?
