Homeowners claims question in AZ. My client's plumbing stopped working - no water coming out of his faucets, toilets not flushing etc. Client calls plumber out to diagnose the problem. The plumber tells him that some resin in his 20+ year old water softener caused a type of gelatin to form and flow through his plumbing system which prevented water from getting through to the plumbing fixtures.
