Anyone familiar with what is actually happening here and how insurance should be reflected? We have a customer that couldn't sell their house, but had to move out of state. Our carrier allows the policy to stay in force until the next renewal, at which point it is non-renewed. Today the customer told us that an investor has taken over the property, however there is no transfer of ownership of the property.
