Would appreciate any help/guidance. This is a friends entire 1st floor. They had a new air conditioning unit put in this summer. These floors had been installed by the previous owner and have been in the house for more than 10 years. The entire flooring area of the first floor is buckled… multiple contractors have come out (original, HVAC installation company, contractor, flooring, professional, remediation). No one can find any water. Remediation company noted the humidity
Risk Types
homeowners, water damage

and Tips Support Group Gabriella Cserna IF NOTHING ELSE HAS HELPED YOUR PLANTAR FASCIITIS, READ THIS. I can only share what worked for me. My plantar fasciitis became so severe that I could barely walk. It hurt even when I was lying in bed. I tried the night splint, massage, stretching, walking barefoot, and the advice to keep moving. In my case, all of that either didn’t help or made it worse. Out of desperation, I taped my foot very firmly using a YouTube taping method and kept it taped continuously for about three weeks, replacing the tape when needed. For me, complete support and rest were what finally allowed it to heal. Today I have no pain at all. I’m not saying this will work for everyone, but if you’ve already tried everything else, taping might be worth a try. It completely changed the outcome for me. Kennar The tape definitely helps your foot feel more supported and eased the pain. Wondering which tape you went with. Stretch or no stretch?

Support fixes it. That is what you did with the tape.
