This is in Texas. Truck owner has their truck at a body shop. Truck has window broken out while at shop but no other damage & nothing is stolen. Shop replaced window & tint but does not disclose to truck owner & does not charge owner anything obviously. Owner finds broken glass under seat & confronts shop & they just say sorry. Owner now cannot file police report. Shouldn't shop be required to disclose any damages incurred while vehicle is in their care?
