State Farm agents is there a central email/number to call to send over a cancellation request on an insured? We've reached out and sent SIGNED Cancellation requests along with proof of replacement to the agent listed on the billing statement who says it's not her client. Just trying to take care of a client whose policy was not cancelled last term and has a escrow way out of wack!
