SF agents in Ohio. Are SF auto policies permissive use policies? We have an insured that was rear ended by a SF insured vehicle. SF indicated to our insured that there is a high probability that they will decline the claim as the driver was not a listed driver on the policy even though the insured & owner was in the vehicle and gave the driver permission to drive. View more answers John P Gracey The fact the owner was a passenger in the vehicle does not negate any policy guidelines regarding unlisted drivers that are required to be rated for coverage to apply.
