Question on a Farmers Insurance policy - anyone know if the “course of construction” endorsement on a Farmers home policy makes said policy a builders risk form? I have a client that is starting a new home build and has a homeowners quote from Farmers and is being told it will cover the build with that endorsement on it, however it’s listed as primary/owner occupied
