Posting anonymously because I’m in an active claim with Nationwide.
I do life, not P&C, so out of my realm here. Have a question on diminished value claims and the overall process. I was recently hit in DC and the other driver claimed responsibility. Seems pretty straight forward. Having my car repaired soon through Nationwide’s preferred vendor, Calibur Collision. It won’t be cheap but I don’t think it will be totaled. When getting assessed, the tech mentioned possible frame damage.
