Ok everyone, I need some guidance. I have someone who owns a residential home in Glendale, AZ. The house is owned by a husband and wife and its deeded to their personal names. The husband has a construction company (an LLC) that operates out of this home. The house is set up like an office - the master bedroom is an office, and there one bedroom that is set up like an actual bedroom. The company secretary and the business owner (husband)
