New agency struggling to get carrier appointments - TX

Hello, We opened up an insurance agency six months ago and struggling to get carriers approved. We joined an MGA and are having trouble getting Allstate, Geico, & progressive. Any suggestions?

Join the PIA or the Big I. Go to their conventions or get the list of all of the carrier members and begin calling each field rep. You'll get appointed if you stay with it. Texas is a tough state and that makes it very hard.
