I Have a married couple who refuse to share banking and don't want to be on the same auto policy together. Prior carrier allowed separate accounts. Quoted the husband with Progressive (didn't know he was married), bound it. A week later, wife comes in wanting to switch too. System didn't flag same address, but if I change single to married, Progressive would force one account, which clients refuse to do.
