Oregon farm with multiple large greenhouses, currently vacant. They are in an high wildfire risk area. Vacant + Wildfire = Zero Options
Oregon Fair Plan is not an option due to vacancy. UPDATE: This farm is set up for growing cannabis. This would be their target tenants.
