Looking for some help for a NH client, need a HO3 for her
House built in '69, all original plumbing, heating and electrical.
Roof redone in 1994 with architectural shingles, recommended replacement in 2020 that has not been done.
There is a wood stove and a pellet stove present, along with a fireplace.
We have a 1.1M rebuild estimate.
