Just getting started in this business and learning to write quotes. I wanted to ask about the gray area of quoting - the things you simply don’t know and the insured doesn’t either (esp. with less & less inspections being done). Some buyers have literally only walked through the house for 30 minutes before buying! My boss has provided their procedure but I wanted to get more opinions.
Things like:
- last roofing update
- last HVAC /
