I’ve got a customer with a claim that may or may not be denied, and I want opinions on the scenario. This is just for my own insight. Customer had duct work being replaced, and when they pulled it and the insulation out they found water damage to some joists and the band board. He didn’t know where the water came from. He says ever since the wall was opened up he hasn’t seen moisture continuing to appear. He had a contractor come
