If a client owns a wedding venue/banquet hall and rents it out for only that (doesn't do any of the labor or hosting or catering), do they still need to have a Liquor Liability policy? They say most clients use a caterer to bring in liquor, but he's worried about family reunion type events where people are bringing their own stuff.
