Comment as Justin Clay Leonard posted to Insurance Soup™ Question: A wedding venue does not sell beer/liquor themselves but allows the wedding party to bring their own beer and/or requires the wedding party to hire a professional bartender if liquor is being served. What are/is the best option(s) for the venue to suggest to the wedding party in obtaining a temporary liquor liability policy which would include the venue as an additional insured? Or, is it better if the venue carries their own liquor liability policy even though they will not be selling any product?
