Possibly AutoOwners?
Might need some help from someone in Wisconsin. I have a Victorian house(1881) that was converted to a 6 unit rental. Titled as LLC. Roof is 20+ waiting on a couple underwriters but need to start thinking about handing this one off.
Foremost is perfect for this kind of risk. I can probably do it.
Im in wisco!
know y'all are getting hit pretty hard with increases and wind/hail deductibles. I have lender that has an employee that purchased a home in Houston. Their lender originally accepted a 5% deductible but now the lender is requiring no higher than 2%. at 5% they were paying under $800 but 2% is putting them around $3500 annual. RC on the home is $178K.
McIlwain This is an awesome premium for the Houston area.
Michael Hilton McIlwain I do have some options.
I’ve got one built 1940 with 3 studio STR on second floor- 45% alcohol + gaming quoted with RMS Hospitality. It’s probably going to be good as it gets for this one. Society non-renewed!
