I have a Victorian house(1881) that was converted to a 6 unit rental. Titled as LLC. Roof is 20+ waiting on a couple underwriters but need to start thinking about handing this one off.

Answer as Justin Peter Bellendir posted to Insurance Soup™ Rising contributor Texas- I know y'all are getting hit pretty hard with increases and wind/hail deductibles. I have lender that has an employee that purchased a home in Houston. Their lender originally accepted a 5% deductible but now the lender is requiring no higher than 2%. at 5% they were paying under $800 but 2% is putting them around $3500 annual. RC on the home is $178K. All reactions:
