I recently read that the personal lines market is the softest it has been since 2017. If that's the case, how do carriers with significant rate increases and less competitive pricing expect to grow. Would love to hear from some Erie Insurance agents about what they experienced over the past year. I'd also be interested in hearing from other independent agents on how they view Erie Insurance as a competitor in today's market.
