Had a customer who left me in April come back cause the new company...

Had a customer who left me in April come back cause the new company she went are now canceling her new policy for the the underwritting reason of not having central heat and air. Has any one had this as a reason stated before and why. I reason the keeper they sent her that's actually what is stated..... update this is in texas and she does have window units with heat pumps I have written homes like this before never had an issue.
