Does anyone know which companies willl insure a home with knob & tube wiring in NJ? *The client is about to close on their home and have been provided a credit from the seller to replace the knob & tube wiring. Also, the electrician has already been hired to start the job immediately preceding closing. Maybe a company will allow it on the basis that it will be replaced imemediately.
