How long does a customer have to pay before they get cancelled for non-payment? Policy was never paid or e-signed. 15 months later they accidently e-signed the original application instead of a cancellation for their in-force policies. The agent says they own 15 months of premium because of the e-signature. I can't imaging that Cincinnati would keep the policy in place that long without payment. The policy is written in Kentucky.
