Asking for a family member that has Progressive direct in Florida. He signed a driver exclusion form for another driver in the house that had a really bad driving history. This other driver has their own car and own insurance policy with Geico... IF that person were to use his car being an excluded river, would they be covered under their own policy through Geico?
