Any Progressive people help me here. I’m a Michigan Farm Bureau guy so I am really trying to understand.
I have a Dad who is the only named insured listed on the auto policy. He has two kids, 22 yrs old and 24 years old. The kids cars are registered in their own names and they also have loans only in their names. I am trying to explain to the dad, policy holder and only named insured, that he is not only paying for insurance that is not only wrong, but if the kids have accidents the policy will not pay out with the kids only being listed as drivers. The kids cars are on the policy. See less

Progressive writes a Household Policy. They’re not the only carrier that does this either. They care about the Household Members. You select the Titleholder on the policy.
