Twice this month I’ve out quoted Farm Bureau on trucking, same...

Twice this month I’ve out quoted Farm Bureau on trucking, same coverages, better price… and then suddenly the insured says, “Nevermind, they lowered it for me.” Are they wizards, or are they quietly carving out coverage somewhere? Anyone else running into this?
