Speaking as a 17 year sitter, the pain will only stop when you get up and engage your muscles to walk etc. this keeps your spine supported and expanded. The chair will only help a little. I used to be 100lb heavier and my doctor just told me the truth. Of course everyone is different and has different health challenges….

Get an adjustable height desk and stand some. My back is messed up so I have a hard time standing or sitting for long periods. So I went with adjustable so I could switch as needed.
