Sorry i don’t trust pictures Can we please normalize actually going to go see the job before throwing numbers out like we are at a damn auction . I really don’t like giving price quotes with just pictures because Property Manager‘s don’t know how to use a camera. It has been numerous times. If not every time and currently, someone sends me a picture and asked for a price quote. The rest of the project is behind them. They show a portion of the project and not the whole thing and not even a video and you want me to give you a price quote just off what I see visually is crazy. and what makes matters worse is they’ll get the tenant to send a picture and that not even enough
