Sorry i don’t trust pictures Can we please normalize actually going to go see the job before throwing numbers out like we are at a damn auction . I really don’t like giving price quotes with just pictures because Property Manager‘s don’t know how to use a camera. It has been numerous times. If not every time and currently, someone sends me a picture and asked for a price quote. The rest of the project is behind them. And I see offers for 250 , 200 I don’t understand how anyone is making money doing that. I can’t take my trailer and drive there 4 times plus paying to dump it for less than 400 to start.
