Need recommendation umbrella/excess carriers for builders 8% residential high end homes ($1m to $5m) and 92% commercial. Current program: GL with captive, $5m umbrella with Starr & $5x$5 with CNA. Starr is pulling their renewal quote because of residential exposure, we are waiting to see if CNA will write all $10 or take 1st layer. So who are yall using in SC for residential building exposures.
