Sent in updated drivers list on a commercial HVAC risk in SC, driver has a DUI over 3 years old but less than 5 years old. Carrier said no thank you, business owner is like 'that's ridiculous, I gotta have this guy behind the wheel'. It's definitely Monday. How would you guys handle this conversation?
